I use an integrated therapy approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am a Christian, a wife of 35 years, and a proud mother and grandmother. I am also a great listener, and a caring professional, trained to help you understand your feelings, and assist you in making your desired changes. I offer a non-judgmental, calm, supportive, setting where I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life.
